Default The different 2.2 Comp Wheel

Before anything else, I know I'm not reinventing the 2.2 comp wheel but this is my take on a 2.2 wheel without the inner foam.
I have seen the Super class run something like this and it seems to work so why not on a 2.2?

On with the pics!

This is the wheel face and the inner part (6.0 size).
It's made out of lexan for testing purpose, especially because I got these parts made for free!

The 3D printed parts (for the 2 wheels).

The inner ring put together.

It fits!!! (this is made for a Bully v1 but I could easily make a mount for other knuckles)

I love the process of designing something on the computer and then see if the parts fit and work!

Another thing that was a must was no glue on wheels and also I'd like to be able to mount the tires back on normal bead locks.
So, to mount these I only need 4 small pieces to be cut on each bead.

Another small victory, It all manages to go inside the tire!!!

As for the weight I can add more weight and and it stays lower.

All mounted!

As a bonus I was able to mount it all in one go.
Since I was not sure I would the mount on the knuckles is a 2 piece design.
I still need to add some foams on the side of the tires buts so far everything fits and that's already a good thing.
